Old Plough cottage
Attached to Old Plough House, Plough Cottage has its own independent entrance and private garden (with grass and patio area). It sleeps four, with one double and one twin-bedded room, and has a bathroom with shower over a bath. It has a comfortable lounge with two squishy sofas plus a television with DVD player, and a modern kitchen with fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge plus kitchen table and chairs. Old Plough Cottage is rated as a 4 star self-catering accommodation, but guests should be aware that the cottage style stairs may be unsuitable for anyone with impaired mobility or for very young children.
Bell Cottage
Part of a redevelopment of an 18th century schoolhouse, Bell Cottage is located in the nearby village of Upper Sheringham.
There is plenty of outdoor space, with a communal grassy area in front, and a private rear garden (with patio, grass and plants), plus a private garage. It sleeps five, with one double room, one twin room and one single. The shaker-style bathroom has a shower over a bath. Bell cottage has a sizeable kitchen plus a double aspect lounge with comfortable damask sofas, a wood burning stove and a television with DVD player.
Upper Sheringham is a village within walking distance of the coast and the back entrance of Sheringham Park is literally just across the road. Sheringham itself is only a few miles down the road - walking distance if you're feeling energetic.
